Thanks. ebay saved searches do work 
The original glass in Oak Premiere machine has it's decal but it's a little worn. I've also recreated the decal on a new piece of glass. I might apply this NOS decal, but now that I have it, I'm a little nervous that I'll screw up applying the decal.
