FS - M114 Phil Douglas "Signed"
Ok an odd item...a trimmed m114 of banned player Phil Douglas...it has what appears to be a rubber stamped signature of Douglas but is actually written on with a notation by Douglas...no idea why he would write the note but not actually sign it but that appears to be the case. Will throw in a 1919 type 1 photo of Douglas as well (7x11)
