Hi all. First time posting for sale here, but I regularly sell in many other baseball collector groups.

The book has signs of wear, most consistent with 96 year-old book. There is a nameplate and writing on the inside from a child who owned the book in the 1940s, some torn pages, and one page that is separated from the spine. I’ve included pictures to show several of these instances.
