When? If it's this upcoming weekend, I'd go to the Philly show. Otherwise, I'd do a Baseball Card Show search in Google. You can then get a sense of what will be happening around the time that you'll be visiting.

Additionally, I'd do a Google Maps Search of "Baseball Card Shops." Aside from getting the retail stores like Target or Walmart, you may find some shops in the area.
