Buyers choice on shipping $6 in a used puffy envelope with tracking or $1 shipping folded in a PWE. In the event the PW envelope is lost in the mail, I’ll refund 1/2 the purchase amount to the buyer. This just seems fair to me. I can guarantee I will drop the envelope in the mail. Rather than mail a plain white envelope at buyers risk, we can share the risk. I combine shipping.
