Well, they definitely offered pennants for sale via their catalogue. And, sometime after 1910 or so, Spalding distributed Reproduction Co.-made collegiate
and MLB pennants.
For example, these two were definitely made by Repco; and yet they bore this more contemporary looking "Spalding" label on the reverse....
Why the updated label? It was required (by Repco, no doubt) that the legalese, "Patent Allowed, Patent Applied For" appear on the product to protect the patented method (a.k.a., the "Udall Process") used by Repco to print such detailed graphics on felt.
