Baltimore Orioles 1983 Sign

Today’s sign celebrates the success of the 1983 Orioles. The sign measures 24 inches by 18 inches with a bright orange background and blue letters. The sign has the Oriole bird in the middle of the infield with a top message of “The Bird Flies” with “Memorial Stadium” at the bottom. The sign was used as a direction sign in Baltimore to get to the stadium. In small print at the bottom it has the Mayor’s name (William Donald Schaefer) and Citizens of Baltimore.
