I really liked the video of Jimmy Wynn’s HR onto the freeway in Cincinnati. I saw my first MLB game at Crosley Field. I can still remember the impossibly green grass and the freeway. BTW, the Giants destroyed the Reds that day.  |
Well Rob, you have reminded me of that before.... As a Reds fan, you're forced to develop a thick skin. As a kid, I saw Lee May and plenty of opposing players flirting with that freeway, but none that actually made it. Jimmy Wynn's blast was epic!
