I don't know what a typical day looks like, but I assume they get breaks and have meetings, take vacations, and get sick like everyone else. That should be very easy to accomplish. Every time I have pre graded my cards I spend way less time than that per card. Then you have the ones that just look off and you need to spend more time on. I would guess 10-15 seconds of grading with 30-35 seconds of data entry per card to get that 45 second time.
