Glenn, I'm just messing mess everyone. I'm hoping everyone bids up the REA and just ignores the MH card
Then I can go in and sweep it up at a better price (not).
My thought was that one of the bidders would be out of the hunt and that could lead to better deal in the next one. Believe me, I realize that doesn't always happen. Lets call it 50/50 that REA sells for more than MH
