That is a nice strategy to consider. Seeing the upcharge, you'd know what grade it got. So, you decline it, and when they send the card back, you immediately send it off to SGC
(knowing what grade it 'should' get) for a smooth $15, and have it back in less than two weeks in a holder without incurring any additional
(and excessive) opinion fees.
