I have not seen that photo either, but here is a photo of an older Cy in a similar pitching pose...I think the face on his t206 with glove roughly looks like him. Definitely the artwork on this card is not one of my favorite T206 HOF artworks seen in the set.

Brian (added T206 card for comparison, and left it slanted as seen on its ebay listing)
