Same here. Below is what I received after contacting them via email about the delay.

Our shipping team will be packing and preparing your order as soon as possible. The shipping team has experienced a delay in order processing due to an issue beyond their control. They are currently working overtime to correct these delays starting with the oldest orders. Your order should be shipping out within the next week and your tracking information will be confirmed in a separate correspondence and visible directly through your Goldin account.
