Some background on this jersey. It came into the store where I was working in 1986 with two other jerseys from local teams that played in the Long Beach-Lakewood, CA area. I got to keep two of the jerseys while my friend obtained this one. Last month, he gave it to me as a gift after I inquired about it.

Parkwood Chevrolet was located in Lakewood, CA for many years. I haven't been able to find any information, photos, about the team who wore this style. It was used for a number of years as there is evidence of repairs made to back and some of the piping that is missing around the collar. I'm going to guess that it was used sometime between the late 50s to the mid 60s. This is why I took pictures of the Rawlings tag in the collar. No, it's not for sale.
