I just purchased a large collection of autographed NASCAR items from this women seller at "The Villages" card show (mostly items from the mid 2000s). She said she obtained the signatures in person (she seemed legit to me). Once you have these in hand, if not satisfied, I'll return your money.
PayPal friends/family. Shipping is $1 in a plain white envelope. In the event the envelope is lost in the mail, I’ll refund 1/2 the purchase amount to the buyer. This just seems fair to me. I can guarantee I will drop the envelope in the mail. Rather than mail a plain white envelope at buyers risk, we can share the risk.
