Hi Everyone, I saw this card raw, expressed interest, and was asked to make an offer on it. I see it has a crease in the top right corner but and some scuffing on the surface front, but not bad. Probably a 1-2 but good eye appeal. I'm curious what you guys would offer on this card if you were going after it? I'm trying to be fair but don't want to overpay since I'm taking on some risk through the mail with it.
