My wife likes chat, but shes in the computer industry.
I hate chat, mostly because it requires typing and I'm not good at that.
Not sure about the kids, but my youngest according to school types 70wpm at 100% accuracy.
(and that at 11)
To me, if a company has no phone you can call, they're not really legit. It's the hallmark of scammers.
