Is there a better and faster way to contact ebay about a scammer? I used the "report it" on the ebay page, but it just gives you a pulldown menu with a few choices. I needed to add comments, but that's not an option.

This scammer says he lives in Virginia Beach, VA. We don't have an M&L Sports Cards and Collectables our area. Simple search on the web, shows this shop is in Canada.

There has to be another way to contact ebay, so we can provide more specific details.
