It is an actual real 1989 Fleer Bill Ripken card that has had a custom made superfractor front put on it. No company was making superfractors in 1989. It is also NOT any new factory made throwback card. The very nicely done Superftactor front was home made and applied to the front of a real card.

To make it different from what a factory card would have looked like. The word FLEER was removed from the front and the makers initials SW are there.
