This is part of an email they just sent me today:

"If you are applying to participate in our special T-206 auctions please reply letting us know that specifically". Maybe they are lightening up a bit after all the complaints they've received lately. The new operators have a mess to clean up.
We have a T206 near set break (470+, all 4 Cobbs, Demmitt, O'Hara, tons more big cards) coming up in October. You will be welcome to bid without any invasive financial information required.
