I'm on a budget, but luckily a lot of what I'm looking for isn't that pricey. So far I've gotten a few dozen signed index cards of Federal League players, and I've been working on the sub-$30 level. Am I close to drying up this category of players who signed a lot, and that people don't care about? Who else should I be looking to get?
