I took the OP to mean which of the T213-2 Eddie Collins is the scarcest. Going from memory (although I took a quick look at the pop reports), I believe the version with no "A" on uniform is the toughest.
IMO the 1916 print run of T213-2s is the most difficult, but I will defer to those who chase the set, as I have not pursued it in some time. Collins played for Philly in 1914 and then Chicago. The first Collins-Chicago card still had his "A's" logo showing, which points to 1915, and then it was airbrushed out, probably in 1916.
