I believe they were only distributed to players and executives as well as a few newspapers etc., which would point to maybe 100 sets being made at the time with perhaps 10-20 or so known examples of each player existing today. Just a theory but I have been sort of studying the photos/cards for about ten years.
They are rare and undervalued in my opinion, GLWS
