WTB: Barry Larkin 1993 Topps Finest Refractor Graded or Raw
WTB a 1993 Topps Finest Refractor of Barry Larkin. Willing to spend $150 give or take. Card can be graded or raw. If the card is raw, OC top to bottom is okay. I don't really like OC left to right.
Last night, 4/23, a PSA 7 sold on ebay for $150. I also have received an offer on ebay for a raw card that is OC left to right for $170. It is not as eye appealing as the PSA 7.
