There does not seem to be any details of the photo in the Mile High catalog. There should be some acknowledgement, but I couldn't find any.

The clues are the National League arm patch worn in 1951-1953. Willie did not play at all whatsoever in 1953, during his military service. That leaves the photo coming from 1951-52.

From what I can decipher of the background, it was taken at Wrigley Field in Chicago.

The copyright holder seems to be Getty Images, and they acquired this image from the Bettmann Archive.

I know you'd like more specific information, but that's at least a start.
