There is a single red seat located deep (deep!) in the right field bleachers at Fenway where Ted Williams is said to have hit a titanic home run (right off a fan’s straw hat, I believe).
Many modern lefty sluggers like Ortiz have a hard time believing Ted could have really hit one that far! 🤔
Hence, the “red seat” legend lives in in Fenway and Ted Williams legend!
