For sale is a beautiful 1948 Cleveland Indians Photo Pack rookie photo of Satchel Paige.

This one has been graded PSA 4 with only (2) 5's and (1) 8 graded higher.

I really have no idea how PSA grades these photos as I see nothing to keep this one from grading 7. See the picture and make your own decision.
