I think I came across a larger Coupon pack at one time as well, similar to the Red Cross packs that are out there, that had the 1910s look and feel, but I don't think I have a picture.
The 20 for 5 cent pack I posted has to be a lot earlier than 1920 the type 3 coupons are 16 for 10 cents.
