Jerome - I've always loved that RPPC!
I have always thought that the cartons in that RPPC are the best candidate for where the T213-1s were assuming the carton theory is correct. I think the cartons and packs posted here (apart from mine and Jon's) are later - 1920s - 1930s.
I think I came across a larger Coupon pack at one time as well, similar to the Red Cross packs that are out there, that had the 1910s look and feel, but I don't think I have a picture.
