Default Final Weekend! The Collector Connection Post War XXII Ends March 5th

www.thecollectorconnection.com

Some cool stuff this time out. A complete 1957 Topps Basketball Set which you don't see every day. A nice PSA 7 Michael Jordan Rookie, PSA 8 Bob Gibson Rookie a bunch of graded Mantles from 1953 on up and much more!

My favorite stuff is always the unusual items though. We have a truly unique Neddick's Cups Yankees Set. Neddick's was the concessionaire at Yankee and Shea Stadiums. They issued sets of cups for each team. The Mets set had 10 cups but there were only 9 known Yankee subjects. The checklists only list 9 and every "set" we could find only has 9. Beckett however mentions that there is likely a 10th. Well we found it, it's Graig Nettles and we have the set complete in this auction (and have apprised Beckett of the discovery) hence "unique!"

Then there's items like a Jackie Robinson jumbo postcard from NBC likely to be issued in conjunction with his 1957 appearance on Meet the Press. Then there's a cool Joe DiMaggio ink blotter a number of 1940's and 1950's minor league cards including Luke Easter and Casey Stengel. Also an amazing pair of scrapbooks full of Team Picture pack photos from the 1940's including Satchell Paige, Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio and many more HOF'ers.

Over 1000 lots of great stuff. Our highest starting bid is $25 and there are never any reserves.

We are awaiting the return of several lots from PSA but the grades are posted.
