So, I'm relatively new here, but I have a member offering me this card for $250, but they say they only accept friends and family. I offered to pay as high as $265 goods and services, as I'm not sending friends and family to someone with 0 posts and 0 referrals.
Is this normal around here, or am I right to assume this is just a scam?
