I am far from an expert on T205 Cobbs but I do watch them. I only have a few but have owned more.
That example has some really nice eye appeal. I too, put it in the 5k-6k+ range. Just a guess....good luck!
pa...Personally, I think it grades a 3. Too much corner rounding for a 4. Again, just a guess. You never know with graders...
