I have done that so many times that now I have only a specific target or set of targets and turn off the computer as soon as there is a win, loss, or a bid surpasses my mental ceiling. There's always tomorrow and I had/have too much I either really didn't want or should not have gone for.
I pull the ripcord at a point and just float on.
