I might be technically wrong because I don’t know when the Topps cards stopped getting R numbers. I may have had some 80’s Topps cards before this Goudey, but this Goudey I got before I got any 50’s through 70’s Topps cards. I was really young, mostly collecting current football (late 90’s) at the time when I saw it and thought it was really cool because it was a painting, the baggy uniform. I couldn’t have been older than maybe 7 or 8.
