If you are keeping it long term for your own collection slab it/protect it/display yourself as mentioned prior.
IF you intend to flip it for a profit it is best to be graded (as most non collectors like things graded) and allows for a big group of potential buyers.
Also depending on the value the cost to grade it may not be worth it.
