What I've always wondered is, if the play-by-play is available somewhere, like on retrosheet.org or in a contemporary newspaper or Sporting News, and if someone had an unscored program, wouldn't it be easy to use a pencil and score the program to match that of a classic game?

Better example of what I mean. Suppose someone had an unscored 1965 Dodgers program with the Cubs as the opponent. Couldn't someone increase its value considerably by using a pencil to score Koufax's perfect game, using retrosheet's play by play? And, would that even be considered fraudulent, if no claim was made as to when the program was scored?
