To me it is almost an identical match, but as can be seen in the photo on the left, Honus had hair growing on the outside of his ear, while the near identical Honus lookalike on the right has clean shaven ears, so obviously a photo match can be ruled out.
Now if only there were some computer facial recognition experts on here that could confirm that these photos are not both Honus...
