Good possibilities so far. To me it looks a lot like that right border on the T59 card, but as G1911 mentioned, it might be from another non-sport issue. As Andy said, definitely the original owner was a dedicated baseball card preserver.

Since it is somewhat related, for fun I thought I would share a T206 of Gabby Street that has a very partial T206 Griffith Batting on the back. And on top of the Street card it appears that at one time a Sweet Caporal card was stacked.
