This is a well known novelty card. The stain patterns on the back are a dead giveaway. I'll try to dig up some old threads that discuss these cards.

EDIT: I don't see the thread with a quick search, but I uploaded a photo of the back of my copy of this card. You can see that the faux staining matches up. This set of 'reprints' are, or at least were, extremely popluar with scammers on ebay, which is why I bought a set when I first started collecting '33s so that I would know what to look for. If any prewar collector had this in hand they would know in a second that it isn't genuine. The guy on Facebook had it right, except for the fact that it isn't an '83 Renata.
