I'm not sure that I buy it. His face/jawline seems a little thin. But, it's definitely the year Honus was on the team, because his brother Al 'Butts' Wagner is present. I'm 100% sure that's Al.
Based on another Warren photo that sold years ago that had names written underneath, I believe that the players in this photo are:
Gus McGinnis (or maybe Tom Vickery) / Bill Carrick / Honus?
Franklin - The Manager / Unknown / Unknown
Cooper / Al 'Butts' Wagner

I agree with you that the top right player has a thinner face than Honus; I don't think it's him. I've pasted below minor league images of Honus/unknown/Honus.
Edited to add: The linked picture is clearly cropped. Honus could be among the players who've been cut out of the photo.
