That looks like a card from which I'd stay away. If it's not real, someone went to a fair amount of trouble to create that. The card color gives the impression that the card is aged, but the wear seems slight for that much color. The card has great centering which is slightly suspicious to me. And then there's that cursive writing... do you reckon there's another Averill autograph on a card that has more perfect centering and steady penmanship? It may be a genuine autograph on a real card; but I'd not buy that card for the shipping cost.
