My wife is also a Mayflower descendant though she has never followed through with it or DAR. Her grandmother was the active one. Not too posh though father's family was from Connecticut and moneyed. - founded American Optical Co. and Old Sturbridge Village. Her great aunts house from CT is in Henry Ford's Greenfield Village in Detroit. I am just a working hump whose family landed in Nova Scotia in the 1630's.
