It's at least possible that the cards were printed in 1965. As noted, Frank Howard was on the Senators from the beginning of that season. The Bob/Buck Rodgers card is more intriguing. You might recall that Angels owner Gene Autry announced the team's new name during the '65 season even though they would not begin play in Anaheim until the following year. The team was beginning to be called the California Angels with a month or so to go in the '65 season, and Wikipedia claims that Autry had them wear the new "CA" caps that September (the road uniforms showed the same "Angels"). So 1965 as the year of those cards--Howard and Rodgers--cannot be ruled out, and it is thus possible the Wilson issue ended that year, unless there is evidence of other cards to show otherwise.
