Hello everyone! Just recently moved to a new house and in the process of unpacking/setting up my new den/office, I decided to let go of a few items. First up is a very nice lot of two (2) items that belonged to former Harvard University pitcher, Harold "Slim" Curtiss, who graduated in the Class of 1939.
-Framed team photo of the Harvard Freshmen team (dated to 1936). Photo is roughly 11 in. x 14 in. and professionally framed by the Boston-based Jordan Marsh Company (I believe this may be period given the age of the Jordan Marsh logo and that it has Curtiss' name on the label).
-Harvard team signed Ford C. Frick baseball. Curtiss' signature is located just under the Spalding logo stamp. Cannot confirm from which year this ball was signed (it appears he played all four years, so anywhere between 1936-1939, which holds up well with the dating of the Frick ball).
