Here is HOFer Elgin Baylor from the 1970-71 Topps Tall Boy issue, in overall VG ++ condition. At 1st glance Elgin appears to be NRMT, but there is a very lite, subtle crease & some ink in cartoon area back. Card is Well Centered w/ very nice Eye Appeal!
