Newspaper clipping of Ted Williams from 8/8/56 when he spit twice on the field towards Fenway fans who booed him earlier in the game when he dropped a Mantle fly ball. He was fined $5k for the gesture, no small amount in '56. He'd end up getting the walk-off RBI in the 11th.
