im trying to put together a run of football helmets for my old high school. (1940s-present) And im not familiar with some of the older styles. I was hoping somebody could shed some light on what era each of these helmets would be from and if they should have a facemask, what kind it would be? And if anybody has experience with refurbishing these. I had planned to try to paint them to match the school's old designs. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. Here are some i have so far, and trying to match them up with the years they might have been issued:
