Thanks for pointing that out. Yes it looks like Tom Yawkey bought the Red Sox on Feb 25, 1933 and brought along his childhood friend Eddie Collins as a part owner, General Manager, etc.
So, the earliest that the Collins card could have been produced looks to be Feb 25, 1933.
