I did a blog post on a Frank Robinson 1/1 auto that sold for quite a bit (don't recall how much now, but $100-200+ I think) vs just buying his same certified signature on a Nabisco card for under $10.

I have added low print run cards, trying not to pay too much of a premium. It all depends on what it is and how much.
