While I don't know many people on here, he happened to give the ID of Scott B, who I recognized. So even though he coined the item, I am sure I would have never received it. So to concur with Leon, they are using valid member ID's.

Yep, I just had a Willam Houck email me in regards to a WTB post of mine. Luckily he’s not very savvy, clearly a scammer.
